Biography of Romero Britto

Romero Britto was born in Recife, Pernambuco, in 6th October 1963, son of a simple family more eight brothers, since your infancy manifested yours tendencies artistic and much creativity. Started do law in Universidade Católica de Pernambuco (PUCPE), however, unhappy, abandoned the course and was to United States, place wherein settled and developed his artistic career. Then, Romero Britto, married with an American Cheryl Ann Britto, with whom has a son, Brendan Britto, since 1990 live in Miami, Florida, in 2005, was named ambassador of the arts the state of Florida. Named also “Brazilian pop artist”, Romero is very respected in United States inclusive for many celebrities north Americans ( Madonna, Michael Jackson, Arnold Schwarzenegger), being considered one of the most awarded artists, both one of the Brazilians artists more prestigious outside.
